For the past 10 years, this Denver restaurant has served scrumptious vegetarian comfort food and baked goods. Owners Dan and Michelle Landes serve a 100% vegetarian menu. They use fresh, natural ingredients to prepare healthy dishes, and serve them in a welcoming environment. You really can't argue with that!

But this is not your normal vegetarian food. The menu offers a wide variety of dishes designed to win over even the pickiest eaters. Watercourse has many options for those requiring a gluten-free diet. The wait staff claims to speak fluently about food allergies, and will accommodate special requests.
